Notifications
Turn push notifications on or off, choose which notification types you receive, set default recipients, and review your device subscription, from the Notifications settings tab.
The Notifications tab controls the push notifications your store sends you. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar and select the Notifications tab.
Push Notifications
The master Push Notifications switch turns push notifications on or off. When it's on, you receive push notifications for important updates. Turning it off stops all notification types below, regardless of their individual toggles.
Notification Types
Choose which kinds of updates you're notified about. Each type has its own switch:
- Order Updates. Get notified when an order status changes — new orders, payment confirmations, and so on.
- Inventory Alerts. Get notified when products are low in stock or out of stock.
- Promotions. Get notified about sales, discounts, and promotional opportunities.
Default Recipients
Choose who receives notifications by default:
- Shop Owner.
- All Staff Members.
Device Information
Shows details about your current notification subscription for this device:
- Browser. The browser the subscription is registered on (for example Chrome).
- Last Updated. When the subscription was last updated.
- Status. Whether the subscription is Active.
Click Save Changes to apply your notification settings.
Push notifications are tied to the browser and device you enable them on. If the
Status shows anything other than Active, re-enable Push Notifications on
that device to start receiving alerts again.
