Additional Charges
Add extra fixed-price charges such as packaging, service, or delivery fees, applied to every order at checkout, from the Additional Charges settings tab.
The Additional Charges tab lets you add extra fees on top of an order's product cost. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar and select the Additional Charges tab.
Each charge you create is listed with its name and a short summary of how it's applied (for example "$3 will be charged as service charges on every order").
Add a charge
Click Add Additional Charges to open the Add extra charges dialog, then fill in the fields:
- Charge type. Fixed Price — the fee is a set amount added to the order.
- Enter charge name. A label for the fee, such as Packaging Fee or Delivery Charges. Required.
- Charges in amount. The value of the fee (for example
$3). Required.
Click Create charges to save, or Cancel to close without adding it.
Manage a charge
Use the ⋮ (three-dot) menu next to a charge to:
- Edit. Change its name, type, or amount.
- Delete. Remove the charge.
Additional charges are applied automatically at checkout and are added to the order
total on top of the product price. They apply to every order.
